Amy Rochlin, Owner of RLC, developed her understanding of high-impact leadership through a unique combination of experience in nonprofit, government and financial services. She approaches each client relationship with a strong commitment to the organization’s mission and vision. Amy acts as a partner, bridge-builder, data-analyst, strategist, revenue enhancer, and an operational expert.

Amy served as Senior Advisor to the Founder and Chief Mission Officer of the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation (MMRF), a leading cancer research foundation known for its end-to-end precision medicine model. Amy also advised the Harvard Business School Kraft Precision Medicine Accelerator, a $20M initiative funded by the Kraft Family Foundation to speed precision medicine across diseases.

Amy was Vice President, Retirement Services, at Bankers Trust Company, overseeing Fortune 500 client relationships in the BT Retirement Services division. Additionally, she served as a financial services consultant, helping to manage senior corporate relationships and address operational needs and improvements.

Amy has also served as an elected official in the education space, overseeing multi-million dollar budget initiatives.

Amy currently serves on the Board of LiveGirl, a 21st century girls leadership development and confidence-building organization. She also serves on the Board of the Ehlers-Danlos Society, an innovative, collaborative international research organization dedicated to advancing research progress for patients living with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, a rare genetic condition.

Amy holds a B.S. in International Politics from Georgetown University.
